Terms & Conditions – lā pamina

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders of digital travel guides placed via the lā pamina website.

§ 2 Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the purchase of a digital travel guide. The content is made available to the customer as a download after successful payment.

The content is provided solely for informational and inspirational purposes. Despite careful research, lā pamina assumes no responsibility for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros.
Payment is due immediately upon order and is processed via the payment methods offered at checkout.

§ 4 Delivery

The digital travel guide is made available for download immediately after successful payment.

Delivery is exclusively digital. No physical products will be shipped.

§ 5 Copyright

All travel guides, content, texts, images, and other provided materials are protected by copyright.

Use is strictly limited to personal purposes. Any sharing, publication, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without the express written consent of lā pamina is prohibited.

§ 6 Liability

The content of the travel guides is created with the greatest possible care. However, no guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. A withdrawal form/button is available on the lā pamina website.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal
For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once lā pamina has begun performance of the contract, provided that:

– the customer has expressly agreed that lā pamina begins performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
– the customer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon the commencement of performance.

By completing the purchase and access to the download, performance is considered to have begun.

§ 8 Data Protection

The current privacy policy on the website applies.

§ 9 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
